Doing Well: This dealer is great. Every aspect was above my expectations. I had been to other dealers even other Subaru dealers. No other experience compared to this one. I left the dealership feeling good about my purchase, my experience and most importantly myself. It was a pain free experience.

Improvement Needed: Nothing needs improving. This dealer offered an amazingly pleasant pain free experience. I cringe when I have to buy a pair of jeans because I hate shopping. I arrived at the dealership planning on walking out after a few min, but I left happy, and owning a new car. There was no pressure, just honest up front facts and information. I can not emphasize enough how great this dealership is.

	Comments  : Re: Recall campaign MAF sensor repair on my 1999 Subaru/Legacy 2.2L AWD/MT. I want to thank Subaru Livermore (Bryant Kelly/Sam), and Subaru/Canada (Richard) for cooridinating the replacement/repair of my MAF sensor which after many frustrating months of trial/error and research on the internet I found to have an active recall campaign. I spent months and many hundreds of $$$ in emission repairs at an independent shop in Tracy that may not have been neccessary. I should have brought it to Subaru but I am on a limited budget (unemployment) and felt I could not afford the luxury. However, I learned a valuable lesson as I now believe we would have gotten to the core of the problem sooner and probably for less money. I brought the donuts for the service department in pre-celebration as I just knew this repair was going to be the cure; I was 100% right, when I left your dealership and excelerated up the ramp onto the freeway I thought I was driving a new car. Absolutely no spitting, sputtering, or hesitation that I had been living with since I purchased the car used in TX/2007. I went to have it smogged and it passed with flying colors (CO at idle of 0.22). Previously the smog referee entered it into the DMV systems as being a "Gross Polluter" with CO emissions at 10.00. I finally after waiting 2.5 hours at the DMV in Tracy was able to claim my long awaited registration/plates. Again, Thank You All for your help, this recall campaign repair saved me hundreds of dollars in additional repairs (out of my pocket), and finally resolved a long drawn out problem.  Dear Mr. Chanthamany, 

This note of praise has been over due on my part.  I have been bringing my 2003 
Outback to Livermore Subaru for over a year now and the quality of care Mr. 
Bryant Kelley has provided my and family has been outstanding. 

He has been very considerate of my time constraints, especially the times I 
have had to bring in my 5-6 year old daughter.  He has also gone the extra 
measure of driving my car with me to determine the exact nature of the noises 
the car made. In addition, he has been the only Subaru Service Manager to 
correct the wind noise we have had in the car since we took it off the lot in 
2003.  My husband and I give him 5 stars out of 5!!! 

We hope to continue receiving excellent service at Livermore Subaru.
