The Subaru service manager is very good, friendly, and will try to meet the customer's needs even when they don't have an appointment :-) I like the car wash and the pleasant environment at the Livermore location - I actually work in Walnut Creek but avoid going to WC Subaru becasue the car is always given back to me filthy. The one time they did actually do a car wash, they just smeared around the dirt and it looked worse than it did going in. Nice job in Livermore, thanks!
